Charm manufacturers

We used to use a company in Long Island City called NJ jewelry for big beautiful 14k charms. They would "custom make" charms from existing parts in their catalog. I tried calling them and their number has been disconnected. Does anyone have any info about this company or any ideas of who we could use to make a charm for a customer?
